Paste a link, mark a start and an end on the filmstrip, and download that clip as MP4 or MP3. Set the start and end to the second

Quality follows the whole video

From a video of 10 minutes or more, clips come in 360p or lower. So a one-minute clip from a 40-minute talk is saved in 360p at most.
