What you can save from Instagram
Paste the link of a public Instagram post or Reel into the box at the top, and SaveVideo lists every quality Instagram has for that video, up to 4K. Pick one and the MP4 saves to your phone or computer. You don’t sign in to Instagram, install anything, or run into a download limit.
Any public video post or Reel
Feed videos (instagram.com/p/…) and Reels (instagram.com/reel/…) go in the same box, and SaveVideo handles both the same way. Profile pages and Stories don’t load here. If Reels are all you save, the Instagram Reels download page covers them on their own.
Choose the quality before you save
Each row shows a quality next to its file size, so you know what you’re getting before the download starts. The top row carries a Best for TV label and the lightest one Smallest file. Take the first for a large screen or a video edit, and the second when your phone is short on space.
Picture and sound, or sound alone
The Video tab saves an MP4 with the picture and the sound together. Audio only keeps just the soundtrack, as an MP3, for a song or a voice-over you want without the clip.
A copy of your own videos
If you post on Instagram, saving your own videos gives you a copy that doesn’t depend on the app: one you can back up, trim in an editor or post somewhere else. The file carries no Instagram logo or username over the picture.
