What you can save from YouTube Music
SaveVideo’s YouTube Music downloader saves one song at a time from music.youtube.com, as an MP3 file or as an MP4 video. Paste the song’s link, choose the format, and the file downloads in your browser, with no account and nothing to install.
MP3 to listen, MP4 to watch
MP3 keeps only the sound, which is what you want in a music player or in the car. MP4 keeps the picture as well, in up to 1080p for songs under 10 minutes, and in 360p or lower for songs of 10 minutes or more.
One song per link
The YouTube Music downloader saves single songs. Open the song inside the album or playlist, copy its own link and paste that. If the link you copied still names the playlist, SaveVideo takes the song it points to.
Choosing the bitrate
SaveVideo gives you one MP3 per song and picks the bitrate for you. If you want to choose it yourself, from 128 to 320 kbps, or cut a song down to a ringtone, SaveMP3, our sister site for audio, does both.
Limits that apply
YouTube Music links follow the same rules as YouTube on the website: MP3 for songs and mixes up to 4 hours long, and 3 free downloads per hour.
